Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team, this senior, hands-on technical sales role will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customer environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, managing them from scope through validation
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
