Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
