Job Summary
Owning the full technical sales lifecycle, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage concurrent deals from discovery to demo and drive decisions while collaborating closely with Account Executives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales process, ensuring a clear mandate to drive deals from discovery through to close
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to uncover business pain and build a technical narrative tied to executive-level outcomes
- Act as the primary technical contact during trials, managing health scores and addressing risks proactively
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying or technical sales role with ownership of the pre-sale cycle
- Strong sales instincts with a focus on win rates and urgency in trials
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and conduct business reviews independently
- Technical curiosity to understand system connections and fill knowledge gaps
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC is a plus
