Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and guide implementations while collaborating closely with Sales and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and translate customer requirements into best-practice solutions
• Serve as the primary technical contact on assigned opportunities, identifying and presenting tailored solutions
• Develop key client relationships and consultative selling strategies to win business

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of working experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a technical role supporting B2B IT or IT consulting sales
• Professional qualification or degree in a technical discipline
• Customer-facing sales experience with the ability to create and deliver presentations
• Experience in ISP/Data Center/Managed Services or at an AWS/Azure Cloud Service Provider
• Working knowledge of system administration on Linux and Windows, and familiarity with virtualization technologies
