Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions while validating Coralogix in customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead customer architecture discovery and manage technical evaluations from scope through validation
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Coralogix with customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
