Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the APAC Solutions Engineering team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will own technical engagements in pre-sales opportunities, build trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams, and advocate for Atlassian's solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities and build relationships with customer technical teams
• Understand and position Atlassian solutions in relation to customer goals, emphasizing technical differentiators
• Practice empathy to identify customer pain points and drive business outcomes to achieve revenue goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and understanding deal dynamics and value selling
• Technically minded with familiarity in collaboration, scaled agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces
• Ability to engage with both executives and technical audiences comfortably
• Experience working with Indian customers and prior use of Atlassian products is a plus
