Job Summary
To support the sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer III will provide technical expertise, articulate F5's value proposition, and mentor sales teams while working with enterprise customers to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5 product strategy and provide technical expertise through presentations and solution designs
- Mentor and educate sales teams on the value of F5 solutions and business drivers
- Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager by identifying Technical Decision Makers and securing their support
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer solution selling across a multi-product portfolio
- Experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies, such as F5, Citrix, or Riverbed
- Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, and associated protocols (TCP/IP, WebSocket, etc.)
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and building SaaS solutions
