Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between customers and product teams, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead product demonstrations, gather customer feedback, and influence product strategy to ensure alignment with market needs and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic product demonstrations and translate platform capabilities into customer-specific business outcomes
• Capture customer feedback and serve as a conduit between customer-facing teams and Product
• Participate in roadmap reviews and product planning discussions to influence product strategy

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising environments
• 2+ years of experience with DSPs, programmatic buying platforms, or related advertising technology
• Strong understanding of CTV, programmatic advertising, and campaign measurement
• Proven experience leading customer-facing product demonstrations and solution consultations
• Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value
