Job Summary

Partnering with the Sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert during the pre-sales process, translating customer challenges into solution narratives and delivering impactful product demonstrations to drive enterprise SaaS sales cycles.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead solution discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Articulate OnePlan's value across various strategic and execution management areas while ensuring a seamless handoff to post-sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a cohesive customer journey and influence product roadmap prioritization
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales roles
  • Strong domain expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Proven success in supporting large enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences such as CIOs and CFOs
  • Strong business acumen connecting technology solutions to financial outcomes
