Job Summary

Partnering with the Sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert in the pre-sales process, focusing on delivering tailored product demonstrations and translating customer challenges into solution narratives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead solution discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Translate customer business challenges into solution narratives tied to measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and support enablement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales roles
  • Strong domain expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or enterprise work management
  • Proven success in supporting large and complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences such as CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs
  • Strong business acumen to connect technology solutions to financial and strategic outcomes
