Job Summary

To support the growing NetApp Commercial Sales organization, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with customers and partners, driving technical strategy and delivering solutions that modernize data infrastructure.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial Account Managers to support technical sales strategy and opportunity qualification
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their technical environments and architect NetApp solutions
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations, translating complex concepts into business-relevant value
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales role
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and related technologies
  • Experience working with channel partners and driving customer outcomes
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, both virtual and in-person
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred
