Job Summary
To support the growing NetApp Commercial Sales organization, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with customers and partners, driving technical strategy and delivering solutions that modernize data infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Account Managers to support technical sales strategy and opportunity qualification
- Engage directly with customers to understand their technical environments and architect NetApp solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations, translating complex concepts into business-relevant value
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales role
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and related technologies
- Experience working with channel partners and driving customer outcomes
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, both virtual and in-person
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred
