Job Summary

To support a growing sales strategy, the remote Solutions Engineer will drive revenue by improving deal quality, delivering impactful demos, and addressing technical objections while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Help win deals by enhancing deal quality and increasing close rates through technical and commercial execution
  • Run discovery sessions to uncover business problems and translate them into tailored solutions and demo narratives
  • Deliver structured, outcome-driven demos that effectively communicate business value to clients
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and SaaS workflows
  • Ability to connect technical work to revenue impact with a commercially minded approach
  • Experience in confidently handling technical objections across Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
