Job Summary
To support a growing sales strategy, the remote Solutions Engineer will drive revenue by improving deal quality, delivering impactful demos, and addressing technical objections while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Help win deals by enhancing deal quality and increasing close rates through technical and commercial execution
- Run discovery sessions to uncover business problems and translate them into tailored solutions and demo narratives
- Deliver structured, outcome-driven demos that effectively communicate business value to clients
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, and SaaS workflows
- Ability to connect technical work to revenue impact with a commercially minded approach
- Experience in confidently handling technical objections across Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
