Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer outcomes
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that align Coralogix with customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
