Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical presales partner, translating complex supply chain planning concepts into compelling demonstrations that advance prospects through the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical discovery process for enterprise prospects to inform a tailored solution narrative
- Design and deliver customized demos of the GAINS Decision Engineering & Orchestration platform aligned to specific supply chain challenges
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring alignment between outcomes and prospect success criteria
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a presales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role at a B2B enterprise software company
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical evaluations and POCs with enterprise buyers
- Working knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning and inventory optimization
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field
- Experience configuring and delivering SaaS platform demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific use cases
