Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
