Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team who will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix in customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
