Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end implementation engagements, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will configure platforms, integrate systems, and develop AI-powered workflows while managing client relationships from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, owning technical implementation and outcomes
• Design and build solutions across various partner ecosystems, including configurations and integrations
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and document implementation guides for future reference

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles
• Hands-on experience with CX platforms and workflow automation tools
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows
• Strong client communication skills and documentation habits
