Job Summary

Owning the technical side of deals end-to-end, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage pre-sales demos, proof-of-concept trials, and integration scoping while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive commercial strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Run demos tailored to prospects' needs and maintain the demo environment for the GTM team
  • Oversee multi-week proof-of-concept programs, ensuring smooth integration and effective communication with the Deployment team
  • Scope integrations within the e-commerce CX stack, drafting and pricing Statements of Work for custom configurations
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of pre-sales experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on technical ability with APIs, webhooks, and testing tools like Postman
  • Working knowledge of the e-commerce CX ecosystem, including platforms like Shopify and helpdesks
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to self-direct and prioritize multiple deals in a fast-paced startup environment
