Job Summary

Serving as the technical point of contact for strategic enterprise partners, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot integration issues, manage technical inquiries, and ensure successful product launches.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the technical liaison for partners, providing real-time support and resolving technical questions during calls
  • Manage and resolve service desk tickets, triaging issues and escalating complex defects to the appropriate engineering teams
  • Oversee partner launch events by validating technical requirements and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure readiness
Required qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
  • Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate root causes
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various audiences
  • Experience with ticketing and issue-tracking workflows, such as Jira
  • Ownership mentality, driving problems to resolution proactively
