Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix in customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases and explain its architecture and value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and distributed systems
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding or scripting in languages such as Python or Java
