Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate solutions in their environments while focusing on observability and integration across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
