Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team remotely, responsible for leading technical discovery, managing product evaluations, and helping customers validate solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
