Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions while helping customers validate the platform in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept processes
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
