Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales and partner representatives, act as a product ambassador, and serve as a product evangelist, ensuring customers understand the value of Neat's offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and partner representatives to communicate product value and support technical evaluations
• Act as the liaison between customers and the product team by collecting feedback and communicating feature requests
• Conduct internal training and assist in marketing events to showcase Neat's technology and product updates

Required qualifications

• Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies
• Knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies is a plus
• Fluency in Italian and business-level English; proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish/French) preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles or technical sales support is advantageous
