Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer for the pre-sales team, this fully remote position will involve partnering with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in cloud-native environments
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java
