Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and integrating Coralogix solutions within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical solutions
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
