Job Summary
To support customer acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will research prospects, champion technical product positioning, and drive first meetings to create new selling opportunities for the Sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze prospects' pain points and business objectives to identify selling opportunities
- Educate customers on product solutions and conduct technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Maintain accurate prospect data and pipeline statuses within Hubspot CRM
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience as a Solutions Engineer or 5+ years of total relevant experience
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS or Open Source SaaS offerings to technical buyers
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong understanding of Network Engineering and/or Network Automation use cases
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
