Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives in a fully remote capacity, the Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design solutions to validate Coralogix's observability platform for customers across the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to assess customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
• Manage technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
