Job Summary
Proactively engaging with enterprise customers, the remote Solutions Engineer will support technical sales conversations, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure successful integration and long-term use of the assessment platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support technical sales conversations, including demos and implementation planning
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, discussing programming concepts and assessment configurations
- Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to manage integration and drive platform adoption
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
- Genuine technical literacy, including understanding of programming languages and APIs
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and identify improvement opportunities
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, scripting, or technical troubleshooting is a plus
