Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix's observability solutions in their environments, while being based in the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployments and integrations
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
