Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives in a fully remote capacity, the Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategy for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
