Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to understand their business needs, develop and deliver technical content, and serve as a trusted advisor on product and adjacent technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to assess their business and technical requirements
• Create and present technical content, including demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept
• Work with the Product team to translate customer needs into innovative solutions and product features

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD, and DevOps technologies
• Familiarity with one or more major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP); certifications are a plus
• Experience in software development is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
