Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions while helping customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases and business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript
