Job Summary
Owning the technical relationship with partners, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing integration support, running partner kick-off calls, and executing against partner-facing features and tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary technical contact for partners, handling integration support and day-to-day inquiries
- Run multiple partner kick-off calls weekly, managing implementation plans and maintaining regular client communication
- Translate partner needs into clear specifications and maintain the partner request tracking system
Required qualifications:
- 5-10 years of engineering experience, particularly in a client-facing role
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in integration or infrastructure
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, and React
- Direct experience managing partner or customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities independently
