Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design solutions to validate Coralogix in customer environments while engaging effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead discovery across customer architecture and operational pain points
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases, managing technical evaluations from scope through validation
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations, while identifying technical risks and guiding customers toward successful decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, and coding or scripting in languages such as Python or Java
