Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate solutions in their environments while being credible with both technical and executive audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
