Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with sales and success teams, the remote Solutions Engineer will design tailored solutions for law firms, co-own pilot strategy and execution, and serve as a technical liaison to ensure effective integration and feedback loops.

Key responsibilities:

• Design customized solutions based on customer needs and desired outcomes
• Co-manage pilot strategies, defining scope, success criteria, and execution plans
• Translate customer workflows into scalable integration designs and validate technical readiness

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS
• Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and data integration patterns
• Experience with technical discovery and pre-sales support
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth startup environments with a focus on ownership and speed
