Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team, responsible for leading technical discovery, managing product evaluations, and helping customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
