Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team, this fully remote position will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored product demonstrations connected to customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
