Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the sales cycle, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and architect integration plans to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical discovery and deliver customized demos that align Numeral's value with customer architecture
• Architect integration plans by translating customer data architecture into clear system diagrams and success criteria
• Drive technical evaluations and handle objections, ensuring successful handoffs to onboarding through quality-gated Technical Mutual Action Plans

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on technical depth with API integrations and web technologies, with programming experience in languages like Python or JavaScript as a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and finance stakeholders
• Strong instincts for discovery and demo delivery, with a focus on tailoring presentations to the audience
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to building scalable processes
