Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and integration of observability tools
• Solid understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and cloud-native environments
• Experience leading technical evaluations and engaging with both technical and executive audiences
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
