Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions to help customers validate Coralogix in their environments, focusing on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer success
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
