Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the remote Solutions Engineer will engage in technical pre-sales conversations, guide architecture reviews, and assist customers with onboarding and integrations while crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate the platform's value.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct technical pre-sales conversations and architecture reviews to tailor solutions for customers
  • Support customers through onboarding, integrations, and address RFPs and security reviews
  • Translate customer needs into product insights and build scalable processes to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of experience selling into Enterprise level accounts
  • Strong technical acumen with familiarity in APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and a passion for helping others grow through communication
