Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role will focus on partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate the Coralogix platform in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
