Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and assist customers with deploying and validating Coralogix in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical discovery and manage evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
