Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
  • Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
  • Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
  • Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
