Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design solutions that demonstrate the value of Coralogix in customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes while supporting deployment and integration efforts
• Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases and articulate its value to both technical and executive audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
