Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the remote Solutions Engineer will engage in technical pre-sales conversations, guide architecture reviews, and assist with onboarding and integrations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate technical pre-sales discussions and craft tailored solutions to demonstrate platform value
- Support customers through onboarding, integrations, and address RFPs and security reviews
- Act as a trusted advocate for users, translating their needs into product insights and improving customer processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years of experience selling into Enterprise-level accounts
- Strong technical acumen with familiarity in APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and a passion for helping others grow through communication
