Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To revolutionize the design and implementation of innovative solutions for mission-critical customers, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales and product teams, tailor cybersecurity solutions, and provide presales support while keeping abreast of industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions
• Designing and deploying solutions for cybersecurity risk management and asset attack surface management
• Delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role within the cybersecurity industry
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience
• Knowledge and experience with security protocols, technologies, and standards
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to design and implement effective AI-enabled processes for improved performance and decision-making
