Job Summary
Partnering with Sales to lead multi-stakeholder discovery, the full-time Strategic Solutions Engineer will design tailored solutions for complex enterprise accounts, leveraging technical expertise and consultative selling in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead deep discovery sessions with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to identify underlying business needs
- Architect customized solutions by mapping organizational structures and workflows across departments
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and develop account-specific presentations for diverse audiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar pre-sales role with experience in large enterprise accounts (SaaS required)
- Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and understanding of integrations and technical architecture
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing technology
- Experience managing security questionnaires and compliance processes in enterprise sales cycles
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
