Job Summary

Partnering with Sales to lead multi-stakeholder discovery, the full-time Strategic Solutions Engineer will design tailored solutions for complex enterprise accounts, leveraging technical expertise and consultative selling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead deep discovery sessions with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to identify underlying business needs
  • Architect customized solutions by mapping organizational structures and workflows across departments
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and develop account-specific presentations for diverse audiences
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar pre-sales role with experience in large enterprise accounts (SaaS required)
  • Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and understanding of integrations and technical architecture
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing technology
  • Experience managing security questionnaires and compliance processes in enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
